El VI Congreso Nacional de Ecoturismo tuvo lugar en la Reserva de Biosfera Mari\u00f1as Coru\u00f1esas (A Coru\u00f1a, Galicia), del 18 al 20 de octubre de 2022. Edici\u00f3n en la que se conmemoraron 20 a\u00f1os de la declaraci\u00f3n de Ecoturismo de Quebec. En esta sexta edici\u00f3n, el hilo conductor se centr\u00f3 en el papel del ecoturismo en la mitigaci\u00f3n del cambio clim\u00e1tico, y en particular, en la importancia y las herramientas para avanzar hacia la neutralidad en carbono de este producto tur\u00edstico que tiene como atributo indispensable la sostenibilidad. Este enfoque estuvo presente en las distintas ponencias, mesas redondas y, especialmente, en el espacio de intercambio de experiencias del Congreso.
